In a joint statement, Diamantino de Azevedo said that the possibility of cooperation between the two countries also provides for the exchange of experience in the mining register, legislation and regulations, in terms of oil, gas and other minerals.
The two countries can also deal with matters related to the issue of diamonds, in terms of cutting and polishing, and all matters relating to the improvement of the internal cutting strategy, in order to attract more investors.
In turn, the National Petroleum Institute of Angola will present its set of courses focused on mining and hydrocarbons, followed by the exchange of experience between the two countries in the field of exploration and production of hydrocarbons in reserved areas (such as the Okavango), as well as investment opportunities in the mining and hydrocarbon industries.
