After visiting the city of Kahramanmaras, epicenter of the earthquake, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, indicated 8,574 dead, while in Syria there are close to 2,700 dead, removed from the rubble.
The Turkish and Syrian authorities have reviewed, in recent hours, the balance of the number of fatalities, pointing to at least 11,200 dead, following the earthquakes that occurred in the early hours of February 6th.
