AU Member States Encouraged to ratify the ARC Treaty

The 13th Conference of the Parties (COP) on Africa Risk Capacity (ARC) encouraged African Union Member States that have not ratified the African Risk Capacity Treaty to do so, with a view to strengthening funding for risk management disasters across the continent.
